| Challenge: The Project had three main stages (translation, Engineering, QA). Initially, we were responsible for translation and QA only, and the client carried out the Engineering himself. After finishing our translation part the client started engineering the files and importing it in macromedia flash. The client was not aware that macromedia flash does not supporting RTL language, so all other languages like English, German & French were successfully engineered, but in case of Arabic, all the text was wrong positioned & indented. The whole project was halted till they find a solution and the release of the product to the market was going to be delayed. |
| Our Solution: As soon as the client communicated the problem with us,we started thinking in solutions. After some investigations, we decided to flip the text inside the .txt files that Macromedia flash uses to read it then view. The project was completed successfully and we carried the third part of engineering and saved the client due date for releasing this equipment to the market. |
