| Challenge: The project consisted of two manuals for a certain type of machine. The client’s initial request was to start working on the second manual after we deliver the first manual. So, the project time plan & resources allocation was done for delivering one manual only. Later, Things changed on the client side and the client requested that we deliver the second manual with the first one. |
Our Solution:
We managed to extend our resources, work in parallel, work overnights and weekends in order to live up to our clients’ expectations and we succeeded in delivering 1498 pages in 12.5 days.
The client was very satisfied and decided to give us another machine model to translate.
